Being a cadre Part 1

I am a cadre in the club. To be a cadre must be different than other people. We need to control all things in an activity. Not just sit there and enjoy the time. Besides, we have to plan and prepare a lot of things before an activity. In my opinion, being a cadre have to do what we need to do on time. If we can not do our work on time, all things will delay. Second, we have to help other cadre when they need help. In an activity, everyone has different works. If we can not support others when they need help, they will not help us when we got a trouble. Finally, we have to notice all of the condition when the activity is underway. I will use reasons and specific examples to support my opinion.
The back of a good activity must have an excellent group. All of us have our own works to do. But if we cannot finish the things we allotted, the whole rate of progress will delayed. Moreover, the activity will not achieve. For a good activity, we always have some great ideas. But if we can’t prepare it on time, these ideas will become trash. Thus, if we hope the activity could go smoothly, the first thing we need to do is keep our works on time.
