Health is more precious than anything else in our life. Eating outside is unhealthy than eating at home. The outside foods are always having high fat, high sugar and high calorific capacity. Besides, the outside food always adds a lot of monosodium glutamate and salt to increase their flavor. These factors will bring cardiovascular diseases just like heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes mellitus. The research report indicates that the percentage of the cancer has already from 1:27 promoted to 1:3. That is to say, there has one person had chance to get cancer in twenty-seven people before; but now, there has one person had chance to get cancer in just three people! It is really astonished news. People usually do not know how important health is until they lose it. Thus, if we want to keep our health, we must change our eating habit. Eating at home is the best way to keep healthy.
